The very firm tannins will lend itself to aging, 10 years is the sweet spot. This wine was 2 years in oak and 4 years after. It has bright acidity with earthy tones of espresso and forest floor. A distinguished wine known for its intense flavors of ripe cherry, plum, and earthy notes. With well-structured tannins and a long, elegant finish, it pairs beautifully with rich meats and aged cheeses.
