Smoky Quartz is grounding and protective. It is a great crystal to wear to help one feel more focused, shielded, and centered while working and struggling to finish projects. Helpful in eliminating stress, and protecting from the harmful radiation given off by electronics (EMF, Wi-Fi, etc.)

Suggested use:

For protection carry on RECEPTIVE side, or place between yourself and electronics. 

For grounding and follow-through carry on DOMINANT side (root chakra/pant pocket area/ankle most effective). 

Cleanse and charge appropriately after every use.
