So glad to get Green Noise stocked up with releases from Bachelor Records (Europe) again, with kick punk records like this debut from Rolltreppe, never a dull moment as Rebecca sings and shouts in German, cussing in English, "I don't give a fuck..." pushing forward from fast to frantic, clearing owing something to several great punk outfits from decades past, but ripping and slashing and clearing their own path...who knows what some of the lyrics are saying but the message is clear, Rebecca is out to kickbox you and kick your ass, the music ringing out with the urgency of a nuclear-war warning. -- winch
